Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Austria.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and total shipment weight and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

To ensure reliable delivery, all shipments are sent with tracking.

Shipping Methods

Where multiple shipping methods are available, the appropriate option is automatically selected based on the total shipment weight (including packaging material).

• Up to 430 g: Registered Letter (Tracked)
• From 431 g: Large Registered Letter or Parcel (Tracked), depending on destination and weight range.

Shipments are sent either as a letter or a parcel depending on size and weight.

Letter: 35 × 25 × max. 2 cm
Parcel: 37 × 30 × max. 8 cm

Returns

Due to the nature of printed music editions, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including a description and photographs of the issue.
