This does not affect statutory rights in cases of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Further details can be found on the Shipping & Returns page.

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online.

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once Vienna Percussion Editions has begun supplying the digital content, provided that the customer has expressly consented to the supply beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.

The relevant consent and acknowledgement are obtained during the checkout process before the download is made available.

If these requirements have not been fulfilled, the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under Austrian or EU law.
